Can I do a drive by?
Yes, however at this stage we can only advise you drive by to gauge the location. This is a closed off, working site and the public will not be permitted without an appointment for obvious safety reasons.
How long will the build take?
The build will be completed within 6 months, however, it is dependent on how you would choose to finish the property i.e. allow the developers to finish the property to the current spec or take advantage of the opportunity to customise the property to your own taste at a cost agreed with developer.
How many properties will be on the site?
