Reclaimed land

Approximately 11 acres of the land has been subject to a program of reclamation. The area had been used for the disposal of inert building waste. Under planning permission granted reference 86/00176/FUL and extended by applications ref: 15/02992/DCC and 16/00463/DCC. Works have been completed.
