Why You'll Like It
April Cottage offers the best of both worlds! All the features of a period cottage, yet it's actually a modern home. Set in lovely gardens with a pillared entrance, you'll find plenty of parking on the driveway. Stepping inside, the hall floor is timber and there is a useful understairs cupboard. The kitchen/dining room is open plan, the kitchen having shaker style units, worktops and space for appliances. Open beam ceilings add to the cottage style and there is tiled flooring in the kitchen and timber flooring in the dining area. The living room has a feature fireplace and french doors to the garden. A cloakroom/WC completes the ground floor. Heading upstairs, there are three good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom with a white suite and a shower over the bath. Outside, there is a gorgeous sun terrace and gardens. The views to the rear are delightful.
