Owner's Comments

"Marshwood Avenue has been a fantastic home for us, where we have raised our two daughters. The location is brilliant. It is very close to Poole and the beaches and in the other direction to Bournemouth. Tower Park is not too far away with its shops and entertainments. We are very close to the Canford Heath schools, these currently have very good reports as local schools and in the other direction you have the two grammar schools. You are steps away from the beautiful acres of heath land which offer some beautiful walks with or without a dog! We must say that we will miss the back garden with it being an absolute sun trap and barely overlooked, also ideal for family entertaining. We hope the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have."

Description

Tastefully presented throughout, this modern link detached house is ideal for a young family and is located on the door step of the local natural heathlands often enjoyed by local ramblers and dog walkers. On the ground floor you will find a downstairs WC, lovely light lounge that leads through to a defined ding area that in turn leads onto a moderns style fitted kitchen and also a conservatory at the rear. Also on the ground floor the garage has been converted to provide an extra reception that is approached from the hall and storage area for garden tools that can still be accessed from the front also. Upstairs the original main bedroom has been split to provide a smaller bedroom with its own defined dressing room. There is another addition double bedroom with a smaller single bedroom and also a family bathroom. Amongst other noteworthy features of the property is the low maintenance rear garden that has views across to the Purbeck's as the house is an elevated position.
