Redesigned, extended and renovated in 2013/14. Land purchased and building extended to 680sq ft. Planning permission and building control certification all in order. The project was to redesign and convert our two bedroom, spar-dash covered chalet to a three bedroomed, blue weatherboard- clad beach house. We extended to the front and rear of the property adding an extra bedroom, larger kitchen and bathroom. The entire building was gutted, most interior walls were rebuilt.
